This space was created to cultivate community and real connection for wherever you are in your sober/sober curious journey.
Free Spirits began as a conversation of wanting to connect, grow and support more badass women living a sober life. We are excited to be offering this space to meet you wherever you are in your journey.
Each week we will offer a virtual meeting designed to create raw connection. You are invited to come and listen, and when you feel called to share. This journey was not meant to be done alone.

We want this space to be accessible to all.
